This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit netanaliza.com or contact us, why we do it and which rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

United Kingdom
Email: info@netanaliza.com

2. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own servers (netanaliza.com and titles.netanaliza.com), so your browser does not contact other providers while you read the site.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Namecheap, Inc., 4600 E Washington St, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. When you open a page, the server records technical data that your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system.
We need this data to deliver the website and keep it secure. We also evaluate it in aggregated form only (number of visits, pages viewed, referring pages) to improve the site; we do not build profiles of individual visitors. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure, working website that we can improve. Log files are kept only as long as these purposes require.
Namecheap may process data in the USA. These transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Namecheap's data processing addendum (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
4. Contact form and email
When you send the contact form or email us, we process the data you give us: name, email address, the Amazon marketplaces you mention and your message, plus the time of sending. We use it only to answer you and to prepare a quote.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract or steps before one, otherwise your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email. This does not affect processing that already took place.
The form sends your message as an email to our mailbox at Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process data in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). So that no inquiry is lost, our server also keeps a copy of each message in a protected file that is not publicly accessible. Copies older than 60 days are deleted automatically when a new message arrives.
After you send the form, we email you a confirmation with a copy of your message. To prevent misuse of the form, our server stores your IP address and email address in pseudonymised (hashed) form for 24 hours (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We delete your data when your request has been dealt with, unless we must keep it for legal reasons, for example when it leads to a contract.
5. Links to other websites
Our pages link to our offer pages and to other websites. Links to our offer and checkout pages carry a label in the address naming the page and the button you came from; nothing is stored on your device. Data goes to those sites only when you click a link. From then on, their privacy policies apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), deleted (Art. 17) or restricted (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). To use these rights, email info@netanaliza.com.
You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live or work. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
7. Changes
We update this policy when our website or the law changes.
