An Amazon listing that sells like a good salesperson in a store

In a store, the shopper asks and the salesperson answers and clears up any doubts. On Amazon, nobody does that: there are images, a title, a few bullet points and A+. If shoppers can’t find the answer there, they go back to the search results.

We write listings, A+ and Brand Stores that answer your shoppers’ questions in their own language.

Same traffic, more orders

Example with made-up numbers: 3,000 sessions a month, price $29.99

  • 8% conversion240 orders · $7,197.60
  • 10% conversion300 orders · $8,997.00

left on the table

Left on the table every month60 orders · $1,799.40

Without a single extra ad click.

At the same cost per click, ACoS drops by 20%, for example from 30% to 24%.

Conversion is orders divided by sessions. Seller Central shows both numbers in the Business Reports.

On Amazon, there’s no salesperson in the aisle. Your listing answers the shopper’s questions. That’s how we write it.

Chapter 1 · Why shoppers don’t buy

Why do shoppers look at your listing but not buy?

Sessions and conversion show up in your reports. The reasons don’t: the listing looks fine, and shoppers still go back to the search results.

The title and main image don’t match the search

The shopper typed a specific term. If the search result doesn’t show right away that the product is for them, they won’t click. Since July 27, 2026, Amazon titles are capped at 75 characters, so every word counts. How to write titles for the new limit

Bullet points list features instead of answering questions

“6 mm tempered glass” is a feature. The shopper wants to know if the cover can take a hot pot and whether it fits their cooktop. Good bullet points answer these questions before they’re asked.

A translation instead of a listing written for the market

A translated text keeps the same arguments and the same words, even when shoppers in that country don’t search for them. Every marketplace searches and buys a little differently.

No A+, or A+ made only of images

A+ is extra space below the bullet points: images, text and comparison charts. Amazon says Basic A+ can increase sales by up to 8%, and well-implemented Premium A+ by up to 20%. Source: Amazon

The same questions keep coming in messages and returns

Customer questions, reviews and return reasons show what your listing is missing. If shoppers keep asking the same thing, the answer belongs in the listing.

A brand with no story and no store

A Brand Story and a Brand Store show who’s behind the product and lead shoppers to the rest of your range. Without them, the shopper sees one product next to ten similar ones.

None of these mistakes stops your traffic. Shoppers keep coming, they just buy less often. That’s why they’re so easy to miss.

Chapter 2 · What conversion is worth

How many orders is one point of conversion worth?

A better listing doesn’t bring new visitors. It gets more of the people who already came to buy. With the same traffic and the same ads, every point of conversion means extra orders.

How we calculate it

  • Orders = sessions × conversion. Revenue = orders × price.
  • The +8% and +20% scenarios are the upper figures Amazon gives for Basic A+ and Premium A+. They’re a reference point, not a promise.
  • ACoS = cost per click ÷ (conversion × price). If conversion goes up and the cost per click stays the same, ACoS drops in the same proportion. The calculator assumes ad conversion rises the same way as overall conversion. Work out your break-even ACoS too

Chapter 3 · Audit, copy and A+

Audit, ready-to-use copy, A+ and Brand Store

You can start with a single listing. Before any larger job, you get a fixed price.

Start small

Single-listing audit: from €75

We review one listing on one marketplace: title, images, bullet points, description, A+, keywords, and customer questions and reviews. You get a list of changes, ranked by impact, and a new title.

Request an audit

Ready-to-use copy for one listing: from €79

Title, bullet points, description and keywords for the hidden search terms field, in your marketplace’s language. You get it all ready to paste, with step-by-step instructions.

Request copy

What we do

All the copy for one listing

Title, 5 bullet points, description, keywords, answers to common questions, and copy for infographics and video with a brief for your designer. A ready-to-upload file plus a PDF copy. Variants from the same product family in the same job.

A+ Content ready in your Seller Central

We write Basic or Premium A+, create the graphics and, if you want, a video. We leave the finished draft in the A+ Content Manager in your Seller Central. You just review it and publish.

Brand Story and Brand Store

The brand story that appears on your product pages, and your brand’s store on Amazon: copy, module layout and image guidance, for one product group or your whole range.

How we work

  1. Brief

You send the ASIN, the marketplace and a few sentences about your customers. The short form takes a few minutes.

  2. Research

We read your customers’ reviews and questions and check your competitors and the terms shoppers type on your marketplace.

  3. Copy and graphics

We write in your shoppers’ language and follow Amazon’s rules. You get the draft for approval.

  4. Delivery

You get a ready-to-upload file or, for A+, a finished draft in Seller Central. Revisions are included in the price.

Amazon’s rules: Amazon reviews A+ before it goes live. We don’t mention prices or promotions, add links or contact details, or name competitors.

Who writes your listings

Your listings are written by Łukasz Koronczok and a team of copywriters who are native speakers of each marketplace’s language. Łukasz has sold on Amazon since 2009, runs training for companies and workshops for Amazon sellers, and has guest-lectured at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

Chapter 4 · New marketplace

Launching on a new Amazon marketplace? Don’t translate your listing, rewrite it

A shopper in Germany, France or Spain searches with different words and asks about different things than a shopper in the US. Your listing has to answer them.

A listing written for the market

  • Terms shoppers there actually type
  • Arguments that matter to shoppers in that country
  • The units, sizes and standards they use
  • Copy that reads like it was written locally

A translated listing

  • Words from the original, even if nobody searches for them
  • The same arguments as in your home market
  • Mistakes shoppers notice right away
  • Copy that reads like a translation

We write in the language of every Amazon marketplace you sell on. We talk to you in English, German or Polish, and to clients from other countries in their own language.

On a new marketplace, your ads start from zero too. Work out your break-even ACoS first.

Questions sellers ask

What is an Amazon listing?

A listing is the product page on Amazon: title, images, bullet points, description, A+ and product details. It decides whether shoppers click in the search results and whether they buy once they’re on the page.

What is A+ Content, and who can use it?

A+ is an extra part of the product page with images, text and comparison charts. According to Amazon, you need a Professional selling account and a role for a brand enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, or generic products in your catalog.

How is A+ different from Premium A+?

Basic A+ is images, text and comparison charts. Premium A+ adds larger images, videos, interactive hotspots, carousels and a Q&A module. Amazon says Basic A+ can increase sales by up to 8%, and well-implemented Premium A+ by up to 20% (Amazon internal data). Premium A+ is only open to brands that meet Amazon’s requirements.

What are a Brand Story and a Brand Store?

A Brand Story is a band with your brand’s story on your product pages. A Brand Store is your brand’s shop on Amazon, with its own address and pages for your product groups.

Do you upload the content for me?

We leave A+ as a finished draft in your Seller Central, and you publish it. You get the listing copy in a ready-to-upload file.

What access do you need?

For the audit and the copy, the ASIN and marketplace are enough. To leave an A+ draft in your Seller Central, we need user access with A+ Content permission. You never share your password.

Which languages do you write in?

The language of every Amazon marketplace you sell on, written by copywriters who are native speakers. We talk to you in English, German or Polish.

How much does it cost?

A listing audit starts at €75, and ready-to-use copy for one listing at €79. For A+, Brand Story, Brand Store and larger jobs, you get a fixed price within 48 hours on business days. The quote binds us, not you.

Can I start with a single listing?

Yes. Ideally the one with the most sessions: that’s where each point of conversion brings the most orders.

Do you guarantee more sales?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee that, because price, reviews, ads and competitors affect sales too. We guarantee copy that follows Amazon’s rules and is written for your customers.

Will my A+ pass Amazon’s review?

Amazon reviews every A+ before it goes live. We write to its rules: no prices or promotions, no links or contact details, no competitor names.

What about 75-character titles?

We cover titles for Amazon’s new limit on a separate page, with a free title check. We also rewrite them for whole catalogs.

P.S. Every point of conversion brings orders without a single extra ad click. See what it’s worth for you.
