Sponsored Products in order
Optimization of your Sponsored Products campaigns: search terms, negatives and bids. Ongoing monitoring and a weekly report.

You see ad sales in the console right away. What’s harder to see is how much of it is left after Amazon fees, product costs and clicks.
We work out how much you can pay for one order, and we hold that line in every campaign.
The calculator runs in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent.

Example with made-up numbers: Amazon.com, FBA
Break-even ACoS40%
At 45% ACoS the ad costs $13.50. You lose $1.50 on every ad sale.
At 25% ACoS, $4.50 is left.
ACoS measured against net sales, as in the Amazon Ads console. Amazon.com prices exclude sales tax.
Sales are not profit. What counts is what’s left after ads. That’s what we watch.
Chapter 1 · Where budget leaks
The Amazon Ads console shows sales and ACoS. The leaks only show up in the reports, which is why they often go unnoticed.
The search term report shows queries with clicks and no orders. Until you add them as negatives, you pay for them every week.
Auto campaigns are good at finding new search terms. Without negatives, and without moving the winners into manual campaigns, you keep paying for the same mistakes.
A bid set by gut feeling doesn’t know how much you can pay for one order. That limit comes from your margin, and you can calculate it below.
Clicks don’t turn into orders evenly across every hour and every day of the week. A flat bid pays full price in the hours when your customers don’t buy.
Searches for your brand name and generic searches in one campaign give you one average ACoS. Then you can’t see which part of your advertising really brings in new customers.
Click prices, competitors and seasons change every week. A campaign set up once and then left alone pays more and more for the same results.
New in the US: since March 25, 2026, Amazon shows AI prompts in Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands ads and bills clicks on them under your CPC bids. Campaigns are enrolled automatically; you can pause individual prompts in the Ads Console. The Prompts report shows how they perform. Amazon’s announcement
None of these leaks stops sales. That’s why ads can “work” and eat your margin at the same time.
Chapter 2 · Break-even ACoS
ACoS is ad spend divided by ad sales. On its own, it doesn’t tell you whether you make money. Comparing it with your margin does.
“In order to maintain a profit, your Amazon ACOS needs to be lower than your profit margin.”
Enter the price and costs of one unit. The calculator shows what’s left before ads and at what ACoS your ads start losing money. It runs in your browser: nothing is stored or sent.

Chapter 3 · Audit and management
Start with a small audit or hand your campaigns over right away. Either way, you get a fixed price first.
We take the search term report from one Amazon marketplace. You get a list of changes: which terms to add as negatives, which to scale, and in which campaigns ACoS sits above your break-even point.
Order the auditAudit
We review campaigns, search terms, bids and budgets and work out your break-even point.

We clean up campaign structure, negatives and bids.
Management
We look after your campaigns every week, and every week you get a report.
Optimization of your Sponsored Products campaigns: search terms, negatives and bids. Ongoing monitoring and a weekly report.
We build and run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns: keywords, targeting, budget. Weekly report, monthly strategy call. We time spend by hour of the day and day of the week.
Everything in full management, on every marketplace you sell on, including Amazon DSP and Amazon Attribution. Plus support with traffic from outside Amazon and promotions on Amazon.
Campaign management: a 3-month minimum term, then 30 days’ notice. The search term audit is a one-off job.

Chapter 4 · On your own, with LAO
LUKO Ads Optimizer (LAO) is a Google Sheet that turns two files from Amazon Ads into a list of changes and a file ready to upload. The whole process usually takes 8–10 minutes.
Paste two files
The search term report and a bulk sheet from the Amazon Ads console. The sheet guides you step by step, no formulas.
LAO shows what to cut and what to scale
80/20 priorities and a break-even point: you see right away where money leaks and what delivers.
Collect changes in one click
Negatives and bid increases in one place, with a full change log.
Upload the finished file
LAO creates a Bulk Operations file in the Amazon Ads format. You upload it as usual.

That’s how long the whole process usually takes.

ACoS (advertising cost of sales) is ad spend divided by ad sales, as a percentage. Example: $30 of ad spend and $100 of ad sales is an ACoS of 30%. ROAS is the inverse: ad sales divided by ad spend. Amazon Ads counts sales for ACoS net, without VAT.
One that is below your margin. Amazon says plainly that to stay profitable, your ACoS has to be lower than your profit margin. Every brand’s target ACoS is different: it depends on your margin and on whether the product should earn right away or is still building rank.
ACoS compares ad spend with ad sales. TACoS compares ad spend with all sales, organic included; it’s a common industry term, not a metric in the Amazon console. It shows how much your total sales depend on ads.
We have run campaigns with budgets from about $500 to more than €75,000 a month. With a small budget, the best start is a search term audit or LAO.
For the audit, the search term report from one marketplace is enough. To manage your campaigns, we need user access to your Amazon Ads account. You never share your password.
It depends on the number of marketplaces, the ad formats and the size of your budget. After a short description in the form, you get a fixed price within 48 hours on business days. The quote binds us, not you. The smallest job, a search term audit for one marketplace, starts at €75.
Campaign management has a 3-month minimum term, then 30 days’ notice. The search term audit is a one-off job with no longer commitment.
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee that. What we guarantee is transparent work: every week you know what we changed and what came of it.
We have worked on 9 Amazon marketplaces. We speak English, German and Polish; clients in other countries get answers in their own language.
LAO is a tool: the sheet calculates and suggests, and you make the decisions and upload the changes yourself. When we manage your campaigns, we do that for you, every week.
English and Polish.
AI prompts that Amazon has shown in Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands ads in the US since March 25, 2026, in shopping results and on product detail pages. Clicks on them are billed under your CPC bids. Campaigns are enrolled automatically, and you can pause individual prompts in the Amazon Ads console.
P.S. Ads that sell don’t always earn. Calculate your break-even ACoS. It takes a minute.
