Small business automation · Cost sAIvings

The repetitive work in your business can run itself

Confirming appointments, sending invoices and chasing payments, pulling paperwork together, building reports, copying data from one program to another. We build automations that take this kind of work off small businesses.

Describe one task. Within 48 hours, we’ll send you a fixed price. The quote is free, and you’re not committing to anything.

Reply within 48 hours on business days. The price in the quote is valid for 30 days.

Example: one hour a day

  • One hour a dayabout 21 hours a month
  • 21 hours × €25€525 a month

A year€6,300

That’s what one task taking an hour a day costs in a year. Next year it’s the same, until something changes.

If a person repeats a task on a computer, it can be automated or greatly simplified. You don’t need any special system.

Chapter 1 · Is it for you

Is there something to automate in your business?

The test is simple: a person, a computer and repetition. If all three apply, the task can be automated or greatly simplified.

A person repeats a task

Every day or every week, always the same way: retyping, issuing, reminding, reporting. Usually because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”

They use a computer for it

A program, a spreadsheet, email, a browser or a computer-controlled machine. You don’t need any special “system.”

It can be described in steps

You can explain in a few sentences how it’s done, start to finish. If it can be described, it can be automated.

What can be automated

Customer service

Answers to recurring questions, order status updates, complaints and returns, scheduling.

Finance and bookkeeping

Invoices, payment reminders, revenue reports, expense tracking.

Marketing and sales

Following up on quotes, email campaigns, ad reports, collecting inquiries.

Your team

Work schedules, timesheets, task assignment.

Inventory and shipping

Stock levels and shortages, supplier orders, shipment tracking.

Paperwork and reports

Contracts from templates, archiving, a report for the owner every morning.

Don’t see your task here? Describe it for a quote. We’ll tell you whether it can be automated and whether it’s worth it.

Why it pays off

Money saved is pure profit

Money you don’t spend on repetitive work stays in the business. To make the same profit from sales, you’d have to sell many times that amount, depending on your margin.

Time saved goes to customers

The hours an automation frees up can go to service and sales. Same business, same people, more work done.

An automation never takes a day off

It runs in the evening, on weekends and on holidays. And it does the job the same way every time: no typos, no missed rows.

Chapter 2 · Calculate the cost

What does one repetitive task cost you?

Choose a task, then enter how many hours a month it takes everyone who does it and what an hour of that work costs you. The calculator runs only in your browser: it saves nothing and sends nothing.

Task 1
hrs
€

Enter the hours and the rate, and the amount will appear here.

Rule of thumb: an hour a day is about 21 hours a month, and 5 hours a week is about 22.

Chapter 3 · Real examples

Three real examples

We don’t name the businesses. The numbers come from these projects.

No more empty slots

Before

Every day, the front desk called customers to ask whether they were coming. Some still didn’t show up, and slots stayed empty.

What the automation does

  • Checks the next day’s appointments every evening
  • Sends reminders and collects confirmations
  • When someone cancels, offers the slot to the first person on the waiting list
  • Leaves the day’s list ready every morning

Result

  • about 2 hrsa day back for the front desk
  • 70% → 90%of slots booked, roughly
  • €0spent on ads

Paperwork in 2 hours instead of 2 days

Before

Every month, someone gathered proof of delivery for the tax office by hand: order, tracking number, carrier website, screenshot, PDF. Two days of clicking, always put off until the last minute.

What the automation does

  • Downloads the documents by itself
  • Names them and matches them to orders
  • Files them in folders for the accountant
  • Reports what’s missing

Result

  • 2 days → 2 hrsevery month
  • no AIit wasn’t needed here
  • a persononly checks the result

We test it on ourselves first

Łukasz Koronczok, founder of NetAnaliza, has sold on Amazon in many countries since 2009. He tests automations in his own business first: over the past few years, they’ve saved it more than PLN 170,000 (about €40,000) in costs. We only offer clients what we’ve already tested ourselves.

Result

  • PLN 170,000+saved in our own business

Chapter 4 · Process and price

How it works and what it costs

You don’t have to learn or install anything. You order a process that works.

  1. Assessment

We talk about what takes up the most time in your business. On your side, that’s one or two hours of conversation.

  2. Build

We build the automation, usually in one to three weeks. Meanwhile, you run your business as usual.

  3. Launch

Before we start, we agree in writing how you’ll know everything works. You sign off on a process that simply runs.

  4. Ongoing care

We monitor the automation, fix it and improve it.

What it costs

from €250

to automate your first process

We give you the exact amount in the quote. It depends on the process.

€50

a month for ongoing care

Checks, adjustments and fixes included. At least one year, then on the same terms.

€0

for the quote

Not binding for you. It binds us for 30 days.

All prices exclude VAT. Ongoing care is part of the service: there’s no option without it and no pay-per-fix. Fixes under ongoing care cost nothing extra.

Questions business owners ask

Do I need a particular system or program?

No. It’s enough that the task happens on a computer: in a program, a spreadsheet, email or a browser. The automation works with what you already use.

Do I have to learn anything?

No. We build the automation. Your part is the conversation at the start and the decision at the end.

How long does it take?

Usually one to three weeks. On your side, it’s one or two hours of conversation during the assessment.

How much does it cost?

Automating your first process starts at €250 plus VAT, and ongoing care is €50 a month plus VAT. We give you the exact amount in a free quote.

Does the quote commit me to anything?

No. You get a number, and that can be the end of it. The quote commits us: it’s the price we’ll build the automation for, valid for 30 days.

Can I order just the build, without ongoing care?

No. Ongoing care is part of the service: at least one year, then on the same terms. Fixes under ongoing care cost nothing extra.

What if automation doesn’t pay off for me?

Then we’ll say so in the quote, just as fast and just as free. We’d rather lose a job than build something that won’t pay for itself.

Is it always artificial intelligence?

No. We use AI where a situation needs judging or a text needs understanding. The paperwork automation in the second example runs without AI because it didn’t need it.

How will I know the automation works?

Before we start, we agree in writing how you’ll know everything works. Only then do you sign off on the process.

Do you work with businesses outside Poland?

Yes. We work in English, German and Polish.

Can I build automations myself?

Say so in the quote form, and we’ll tell you how we can help.

P.S. Use the calculator to see what one task costs you. You pay that amount every month until something changes. Describe it for a quote, and you’ll hear back within 48 hours.
